This committee serves to advise, help maintain and make improvements to the maintenance, safety, security and architectural integrity of the Seton Campus, with focus of keeping the church, school, hall, grounds, furnishings and equipment in good working order. The committee also, organizes volunteer groups or outside contractors to complete minor repairs or improvements to the property. Committee members should have expertise in screening and hiring contractors for projects. Strong ties with local community contractors and service providers are a plus.
